I don't think it's possible to download or even buy SKY VISION, primarily because there is no website developed to provide downloads and information or if there is one, Google doesn't appear to index it.
Because of that, I must consider SKY VISION a discontinued application that isn't available for download.
You can try your luck crawling on the websites listed on Google, but I doubt something will appear, at least in the English version.
